Harry Gough

MSK Physiotherapist | Osteoporosis Specialist

Harry is a physiotherapist at Motion Clinic with a strong interest in osteoporosis prevention, strength training, and long-term physical resilience. Since graduating from the University of Central Lancashire in 2016, he has worked primarily in private practice, combining exercise-based rehabilitation with hands-on physiotherapy to help patients improve strength, mobility, and confidence in movement.

Harry has developed a particular expertise in bone health and osteoporosis prevention, leading Motion Clinic’s Osteoporosis Prevention Programme, which focuses on resistance training to support bone density, balance, and long-term independence.

His work in this field has gained growing recognition. Harry has featured on BBC Spotlight and in regional media publications discussing the importance of resistance training for bone health and active ageing, as well as the impact of Motion Clinic’s Osteoporosis Prevention Programme.

Outside of the clinic, Harry competes nationally in powerlifting and also coaches the sport. His passion for strength training strongly influences his clinical approach, helping patients safely build strength as part of their rehabilitation and long-term health.

In addition to his osteoporosis work, Harry also runs Rebuild classes, designed to help people improve flexibility, strength, and injury prevention. He also offers 1:1 physiotherapy sessions, focusing on personalised rehabilitation programmes that help patients recover from injury and stay active long-term.
