Alicia Gray

Whilst growing up in Norfolk Alicia first discovered Osteopathy and decided to pursue her interest as a career, graduating from the University of St Mark and St John in Plymouth. From her education, she has developed further knowledge and skills aiding her diagnosis and treatment of a multitude of conditions.

Alicia treats structurally, making sure to work on any compensatory mechanisms which may have formed elsewhere in the body, as a result of the initial Injury. She aims to minimise the reoccurrence of injury and in doing so she ensures her patients are well informed. She believes in the active role of the patient in their own recovery, providing at-home exercises for patients to complete between appointments.

Alicia has a compassionate nature which complements her friendly nature, providing a safe space for patients.
