Alicia Gray
Alicia Gray
Osteopath
Whilst growing up in Norfolk, Alicia first discovered Osteopathy and decided to pursue it as a career, graduating from the University of St Mark and St John in Plymouth. From her education, she has developed further knowledge and skills aiding her diagnosis and treatment of a multitude of conditions.
Treating structurally, Alicia focuses on addressing any compensatory mechanisms that may have developed elsewhere in the body as a result of the initial injury. Her goal is to minimise the recurrence of injury by ensuring her patients are well-informed and actively involved in their own recovery.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her cocker spaniel, Chilli, who you can see pictured above. They often go for long walks together, exploring various trails across Devon and Cornwall, with a particular love for coastal paths.
Alicia is passionate about promoting healthy, sustainable habits that lead to long-term well-being. Her compassionate and friendly nature creates a supportive environment where patients feel safe and understood.
