Harry Gough
Physiotherapist
Harry Gough is a passionate physiotherapist at Motion, with a focus on osteoporosis prevention programmes and mobility and resilience training. A graduate of the University of Central Lancashire in 2016, Harry has since dedicated his career to private practice, integrating both manual therapy and exercise therapy into his treatments.
In addition to his professional practice, Harry competes nationally in powerlifting and coaches the sport, guiding athletes to achieve their full potential. His greatest coaching success is with his mother, who has reached the world champion level and holds multiple world records.
In 2023, Harry decided to merge his love for resistance training with his role as a physiotherapist, launching group resistance training sessions to improve bone density in his hometown. As of March 2024, Harry brings these sessions to Motion, offering osteoporosis prevention classes to support comprehensive bone health.
Beyond these classes, Harry also leads mobility and resilience training sessions, helping clients develop flexibility, strength, and injury prevention techniques. For more personalised care, Harry provides 1:1 physiotherapy sessions, emphasising exercise therapy to enhance recovery and wellness.
