Theo Van’t Hof
Osteopath
Theodore graduated from the European School of Osteopathy, obtaining a master’s in Osteopathy (M.Ost). Theo has been educated in a wide variety of osteopathic techniques such as cranial and visceral osteopathy but primarily uses functional and structural techniques to treat patients. Theo believes that a large part of recovery is done outside the treatment room with an engaged patient having the best chance at recovering, to achieve this a large emphasis is placed on functional rehabilitation and patient education.
From a young age Theo has had an interest in fitness and the transformative effects it can have on an individual both physically and mentally. Due to this Theo encourages everyone to improve their fitness in whatever way they comfortably can. Theo believes fitness should be accessible for everyone and enjoys discussing with patients small and personalised ways to introduce fitness into their daily lives.
Theo has a very relaxed and calm demeanour as he believes the treatment room should be a safe space where candid and open conversations can be had regarding presenting complaints and any lifestyle factors which could affect patients’ health with the main priority being patient comfort.
