Rebuild is our 45-minute small-group strength session led by Motion Clinic practitioners, Harry Gough (Physiotherapist) and Liberty (Osteopath). It’s designed to help you regain strength, stability and confidence — safely, progressively, and with expert supervision.

 

Unlike many “gentle” exercise classes, Rebuild uses free weights, cable machines and functional resistance training to challenge your muscles and bones in the way science shows makes the biggest long-term difference.
