Andrew Horide

Clinic Director | Osteopath

Andrew has built his career on helping patients recover from injury, reduce pain, and regain confidence in movement through modern, evidence-based osteopathic care.

He has a particular interest in shoulder and upper limb conditions, including shoulder pain, rotator cuff injuries, neck-related arm pain, and overuse injuries from sport or work. His approach combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with structured rehabilitation, helping patients not only feel better but also restore strength and long-term resilience.

Andrew incorporates objective strength and movement testing using VALD technology, allowing him to measure performance, track progress, and guide rehabilitation with clear data. This helps patients understand exactly what is improving and what still needs attention throughout their recovery.

Alongside manual therapy, Andrew may also use treatments such as Shockwave Therapy to support recovery from persistent tendon and soft tissue injuries.

Andrew believes that good treatment goes beyond short-term symptom relief. His focus is on providing clear explanations, practical rehabilitation plans, and sustainable strategies that help patients stay active and healthy long after treatment has finished.

Outside the clinic, Andrew enjoys strength training and spending time with his family.
