Lauren qualified from the University of the West of England in 2019 and has spent the years since building experience across both the NHS and private practice, giving her the kind of breadth that means she’s seen a lot and knows how to adapt.

What sets Lauren apart is her belief that understanding why you’re in pain matters just as much as treating it. She combines hands-on manual therapy and taping with progressive, personalised rehab plans, because getting you out of pain is only half the job. Keeping you there is the other half.

She’s currently completing a Master’s module in musculoskeletal medicine and uses VALD performance technology to take the guesswork out of assessment and recovery tracking.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Lauren in the hills, the sea, or on a tennis court, which probably explains why she has a particular soft spot for helping people get back to the activities they love.
